Foster Spragge is an London-based artist working across multiple media, movement and time. Her practice is rooted in walking as a form of drawing, observation and reflection.

For more than twenty years, Foster has explored how movement shapes perception, creating her signature “walking drawings” by marking each step in real time and allowing routes, turns, and terrain to guide the composition. Her work investigates the relationship between place, memory, and the body, transforming everyday journeys into meditative visual records.
